1. Background introduction of rubber isolators

The rubber spring isolator consists of a threaded upper cover, a lower base, and a middle vulcanized body. Connected to the track plate through a threaded nylon sleeve, the installation process is lifted by threading, and the rubber spring isolator is set between the track plate and the lower foundation to form a point supported floating plate structure. On the basis of digesting and absorbing the problems existing in national defense engineering and current floating boards, the product is optimized, improved, and finalized as an important component of nonlinear floating board systems.

Rubber spring isolators with three directional stiffness can be designed. Combined with the needs of rail transit, they are designed with low vertical stiffness and high lateral stiffness. While improving lateral stability, they reduce vertical stiffness and improve vibration reduction effect. Applied in special vibration reduction areas, it has the characteristics of customizable height, adjustable stiffness, and good damping effect.
