The optoelectronic equipment testing laboratory of China Electronics XX Research Institute needs to install a three in one near-field testing system. Due to the proximity of the laboratory to internal roads and the frequent passage of heavy vehicles on the roads, the working accuracy of the testing system is required to be high. In order to prevent the vibration generated by the external environment from affecting the normal operation of the testing equipment, our company has been commissioned to design a low-frequency micro vibration control isolation system.
The operating environment of the equipment is a closed room of 20m x 20m x 20m, with steel plates 60mm below the ground concrete, and 50cm thick sound-absorbing wedges around and at the top of the room. The ground excitation mainly comes from the roads around the house. When vehicles pass by, the ground excitation is transmitted to the interior of the room, causing an impact on the equipment. This vibration reduction platform covers an area of 80 square meters (10m x 8m) and is mainly used for vibration reduction and isolation of equipment. Due to the sensitivity of equipment to ground vibration excitation, it is required to reduce the ground vibration excitation.
After vibration isolation treatment, the overall amplitude of the platform is controlled below 5um, meeting the basic performance requirements of the laboratory.
